WinIcon Customizer is an application that lets you change each and every one of the Windows icons. It is a pack of many icons like the common ones that Windows has, so you can change all of them.



It is different to other applications, like Microsoft themes, as with WinIcon Customizer you can change hundreds of icons, and not only those that appear in My PC or on the desktop, but also icons for specific applications, like for example .doc or .xls files.
